Fast, friendly and hot food.

Just disorganized. Those with workers were too incompetent to completely pack a menu with two extra burgers. Corona does not exist there. In addition, the waiting time was over an hour, which is an absolute no go for a "fast food" restaurant.

I went to McDonald's in Vechelde with my girlfriend. I ordered an ice cream from an employee. Everything so far good. After that my girlfriend wanted some ice cream. The employee then told her she had to order from the machine. He shouldn't take the order for an ice cream. You're welcome!!! I just ordered one. She then had to go to the machine, where everyone taps their fingers on it in Corona times. Without subsequent disinfection. Really impossible. That is probably not possible!

Staff apparently overwhelmed, then a cold BIC Mäc without meat is packed in the bag. Then I drove back (additional fuel costs). I complained and there wasn't even an apology. Disappointing, I was there last time.

The worst Mc Donald store became. It's a shame because he's very close to us. We ate in the shop for the first time since Corona today and felt as if we had disturbed the staff. It was not okay for the staff to read the menus on the blackboard, we were asked to do so at the terminals and then please order there too. The tone of voice was more than nice. Said and done. We ordered through the terminal, looked for a reasonably clean table, which by the way was not easy, and waited a long time for our order. We didn't think the timing was bad either, because we'd rather wait and then get it fresh. After about 10 minutes came the unfriendly waitresses, one of whom was already rolling his eyes when I just started to say: "Sorry, could you please ...". The food was now in front of us and the burgers were all cold. Unfortunately, we kept our mouth shut because we didn't feel like messing with the bad-tempered staff on our day off and then left half of the dishes because we had lost our appetite in the dirty restaurant anyway. You really ask yourself why it was dirtier than usual in Corona times, when by the way, nobody else was there in our time. Not to mention the playground equipment. Never again!

The implementation of hygiene concepts leaves a lot to be desired here. The tables outside were dirty. There was no soap, paper towels, and no disinfectant solution in the ladies' room. The bin was overflowing. There were enough staff, but unfortunately they were busy with private calls. A visit here is not recommended.

The worst shop I have ever entered from MC Donalds. The ladies were completely overwhelmed and worked at a snail's pace. For a Frappé and 2 small citizens 20 minutes waiting time is violent

1. Orders are often incomplete and / or incorrect! 2. A lot of staff who do not work properly but prefer to stand around and talk! It would be too much to clean the tables! Quality of the food ... Often cold fries, specially ordered sauces are missing from the ice or it is already half-liquid because it was the first thing to do with a larger order ... Logic among the employees? 3. After all, 90% of the employees are friendly

Unfortunately, when visiting, the mask is only completely free over the mouth on the nose That will not do. Have disposed of our order 😭 Hope others have seen it on Sunday. Sad.

Clean restaurant. It is cozy here and the staff friendly and professional. I avoided MC Donalds for a while. But the team and the quality in this restaurant set new standards. I am extremely satisfied here and now even a regular customer.

Now they have such a nice coffee machine and nobody can operate it properly, I've tried it several times but the coffee just doesn't taste good. This is a real shame 😥 they should staff the machine schools. It is nice that disinfectant is now everywhere, does not help much if the tables look as if swine have eaten on them. Too bad the new staff there but nothing changes.
